Historical District, Washington, CT:
The program consisted of an addition to a mid 19th century dwelling, adding a large living room and two guest bedrooms and one bath room above.
The challenges were to design an addition the Historical District Committee would approve. The new wing had to be in keeping with the style of the house, but at the same time show that it was built in the 21st Century.
A new wing is under construction.
