This is the first house built for a client from the ground up. It is a 5500 sq/ft house built on a challenging sloping site. There is a guest house and pool built in the foundation of what was an existing ranch style house.
The focus of the project was to maximize the views, preserve as many of the existing trees as possible and designing an informal plan without losing the feel of a stately colonial home.
