Washinton, CT Guest House:
The program consisted of designing a two bedroom guest house with a living room, a kitchen, two fireplaces, and a large basement for much needed storage.
The building site was an artist studio 20 feet from the main house that had to be torn down because of its very poor condition. To prevent dwarfing the main house, the new structure had to keep similar proportions to the artist studio.
